1. Contracting parties

1.1. Organiser

Weboptim Ltd.
Budapest, 1105, Cserkesz u. 33.

1.2. Candidates, based on the name/company name given on the form, are entitled to attend the lecture

2. Conditions for participation in the course

2.1. Payment of the course fee to the Organiser's bank account. Receipt of the payment is a condition for finalising the application. The order in which the fees are received will determine the order of application.

2.2. You acknowledge that if the course is full, you will be put on a waiting list. The organiser will inform the applicant immediately, using the contact details provided by the applicant

2.3. An invoice for the total amount paid will be sent to the applicant on the day of the course.

2.4. It is possible to change a Candidate's identity, provided that the Candidate notifies the Organiser of this request by e-mail the day before the course.

2.5. No audio, video or video recording of any kind is allowed during the course without the permission of the Organiser. Violation of this point will result in the suspension of the applicant's participation in the course. In such a case, the course fee will not be refunded.

3. Course cancellation:

3.1. The Organiser will refund the registration fee already paid in case of cancellation, if the cancellation is notified by the Candidate to the Organiser by email at least 3 days before the course date. If the course is cancelled within the 3 days preceding the cancellation date, the Organiser will not refund the registration fee.

3.2. Non-refundable fees are transferable by means of an order sent by e-mail.

3.3. In cases of force majeure, where the course is cancelled through no fault of the applicant, any fees already paid will be refunded in full within 8 working days of notification.
